The IVALab is committed to the personal and intellectual development of young professionals. Members of the IVALab are expected to become technical experts in their area of interest. There are many avenues of entry for those interesting in participating in the research efforts of the IVALab.

Undergraduate Research: Students seeking to expand their undergraduate training through first-hand research experiences are welcome to consider joining the IVALab. Opportunities to do so can be facilitated by course credit, senior projects, UROP/PURA, SURE, and REU.

Graduate Research: Those interested in joining the IVALab at the graduate level should have a background in mathematics, control theory, and/or computer vision. Opportunities vary.
